Tournament Information
The minimum player age is 15. Team registration and t-shirt pickup will take place from 9:30 – 10:30 AM; basketball games will begin at 11:00 AM. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top two teams.
1st place = $300
2nd place = $200
The number of teams accepted will be limited, so please get your registration form turned in as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to assure a fair assignment of all teams, based on the number of teams
registered. As of right now, there is one open division for all men ages 15 and up. Completed registration forms and payment must be received by Tuesday, August 3.
Registration Information
The cost for registration is $80 per team. The registration price includes free food and refreshments, and a complimentary t-shirt for each team member.

Parent/guardian must sign for participants under the age of 18.
Tournament Rules
Each team will consist of 3 to 5 players, 3 starters and up to 2 substitutes. All players must be at or above the age minimum of 15. All teams will play at least two games. This is a double elimination tournament. Each team is guaranteed 2 games. Games will be played to 25 points, win by 2 or first team to score 30. Goals will be scored by 1 point and 2 point baskets. There is also a 20-minute time limit on each game. 2 Timeouts (2 one-minute timeouts) per game per team First possession will be determined by a coin toss. Held balls (Jump ball) will alternate possession. After a score, the ball must: change possession, be taken behind the 3-point line, be checked by the defense, and PUT IN PLAY WITH A PASS!!! After a change of possession without a score, the ball must be taken behind the 3-point line. BOTH FEET MUST BE BEHIND THE LINE. If this is not done and a shot is attempted, penalty is loss of possession. All games will have at least one monitor and one scorer. Foul shots will be awarded starting with the team’s eighth foul. One shot and possession of the ball will be awarded. ALL FOULS WILL BE ONE SHOT ONLY! If a player is fouled in the act of shooting and makes the shot, no foul will be charged. Fouls will be called by the OFFENSE. Referees will monitor and have the right to make any judgment calls as they feel necessary. DEFENSE can call only an offensive foul (charge). We reserve the right to verify any player’s age. Each player is required to carry personal identification. Inaccurate information is grounds for expulsion from the tournament. Flagrant fouls, rough play and offensive language directed towards opponents or monitors will result in forfeiture and expulsion from the tournament. Technical fouls may be called by the monitors. Penalty is one foul shot and loss of possession. If the monitor feels the game is getting to be a physical and/or verbal battle, he may announce that he will make all calls for the remainder of the game. If there is a fight we have the right to dismiss the team from the tournament – NO REFUNDS. In the case of a tie after the 20 minutes have expired and neither team has reached 25 points, overtime will be two minutes. If the tie continues, the first team to 25 points wins. Or if the tie occurred after teams exceeded 25 points during the 2-minute overtime, the first team to 30 wins.
